Adam Timm - Head of Change Management, RapidDeploy
Adam Timm is Head of Change Management with RapidDeploy. He began his 17-year career in public safety as a 9-1-1 dispatcher for Los Angeles Police Department, where he spent over a decade under the headset. Adam left the LAPD after founding his training and consulting company, The Healthy Dispatcher, to provide classes, conference sessions and culture change consulting services to dispatchers across the country. Adam’s energetic presentations and uplifting message have made him one of the most highly regarded speakers in the 9-1-1 industry.
Adam is dedicated to empowering the current and future leaders of 9-1-1. He is the author of three books, including the popular, "Dispatcher Stress: 50 Lessons on Beating the Burnout" and his most recent, “People Driven Leadership: How the Best 9-1-1 Centers Inspire Positive Change,” released in April 2020.
