Don Jones - Dispatch Manager at Sonoma County Sheriff's Office
Don Jones began his law enforcement career March 2001 at Cloverdale PD as a Dispatcher and joined the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office in July of 2001 as a Dispatcher. Don promoted to Dispatch Manager in August 2015. He uses his leadership skills to focus on the needs of his staff. He led his team successfully through the devastating wildfires in October 2017. Don’s focuses his teaching on all aspects of dispatch training but is passionate about dispatcher wellness and stress management. Currently, he is the CALNENA 1st Vice President and is an ad-hoc instructor for Kim Turner, LLC.
