Halcyon Frank is the creator and owner of The Dispatch Lab. The Dispatch Lab is a dispatch training company that aims to help every dispatcher with quality training and resources. Halcyon has been in emergency communications for 7 years. She works full time as an assistant supervisor in the communications center, while also running The Dispatch Lab.
