Jennifer Poole, ENP has over 20 years of experience in public safety communications. She began her career in 2004 as a 911 Communications Supervisor at Seminole County Fire Department. Jennifer has held roles at APCO International and RapidSOS, focusing on business development, sales, and regional growth. Currently, she serves as a Regional Account Manager at INdigital, leveraging her industry expertise to drive sales and support customers. Certified as an Emergency Number Professional (ENP) by NENA in 2021, Jennifer has also presented at numerous conferences, sharing insights on public safety communications.
