Matko has over 20 years of design experience in the control room industry and has held various roles with Evans including product design, project management and research & development. In addition to overseeing the Consulting and Engineering groups, he is also involved with the strategic development of Evans’ products and market verticals, product structuring, intellectual property and technology management. His strong leadership skills are focused on developing Evans’ employees to a high level of technical expertise in control room design, project management support and research & development.
Matko has worked on the planning, conceptual design and execution of mission critical, 24/7 facilities around the world. This includes variety of Applications and industries and applications such as EOC’s, 911 Centers, Oil & Gas, Air Traffic Control, Power Transmission/Distribution and others. Matko is a well published, industry recognized, subject matter expert in the design of these environments. Matko’s expertise and experience allows him to work closely with his customers in the areas risk mitigation, operational efficiency, operational planning, technology assessment and implementation, turn-key project planning, live cutover planning and acquisition strategies.
Matko is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
