Mel brings over 20 years of experience leading global Customer Success and Experience organizations in SaaS and semiconductor manufacturing industries. Over the past 5 years he has been focused on building and leading global Customer Success Enterprise teams for GE Digital, with a focus on technology adoption, customer overall health and outcome attainment. Mel has lead teams in the military, Fortune 500 companies and multiple startups. He serves on the University of Houston, Bauer College Customer Experience Advisory Board. In his free time Mel can be found enjoying golf, cycling or photography. He graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY.
