Cassie Owens and Nicole Whittaker have a combined 36 years of experience in the 911 center. Cassie is currently the training coordinator and Nicole is the manager for the Ada County Sheriff's Office 911 Center in Meridian, ID. Recently they have been working to try to figure out why their center is losing trainees who are absolutely able to do the job, say they want to do the job, but still end up leaving usually citing worry and fear of "messing up and getting someone killed." Their class, Reframing Anxiety, is some of what they have learned so far.
