Rosa Ramos began her 9-1-1 Dispatching career over 17 years ago, starting out as a Dispatcher and now serving as a Dispatch Manager. She not only prides herself in serving the community but also serving the team members within her center. Rosa believes in working collaboratively to advocate for continuous improvements to technology, legislation and funding in support of those who work in the 9-1-1 industry. Above all, she strives for individual growth and development within our 9-1-1 community, staying ahead of the curve and always staying true to one's morals, values and most importantly, keeping it real!
