Will Young has served the citizens and visitors to the City of Clearwater as a Police Telecommunicator with the Clearwater Police Department since 2021. Before that, he devoted himself to preparing future generations for life as an educator and administrator in the public school system. He also happens to have a late-in-life diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum and has been learning to lean into his neurodivergence for the greater good of everyone around him. His motto is “Where there is a Will (capital W) there’s a way.” He has devoted his life to public service and loves sharing his experiences as a neurodivergent with anyone who will listen.
