9114911 – An inspirational conference for 9-1-1 dispatchers

Since 1986 Kelly Rasmussen, chief executive officer of Success Communications, Inc. has been involved in the 9-1-1 profession. According to her organizations official website, “she rose through the ranks from Dispatcher to Director and is now an International Speaker.” She has traveled throughout the United States with those who work within her organization to help coach and train 9-1-1 dispatchers. The training programs range from a 40-hour beginners dispatch school to stress management. Coming this October, Rasmussen, along with the rest of her Success Communications Inc. instructors, are hosting the 9114911 conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“It’s motivational, it’s inspirational, but it’s a big hug of thanks,” Rasmussen explained in a recent podcast. The conference will be held at the Palace Station Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 17 and 18 2013.
