INdigital Partners with Within the Trenches Media to Become First Major Network Sponsor
Fort Wayne, IN (July, 23 2020) - An announcement was made live over social media of the partnership between INdigital and Within the Trenches Media to become the first major network sponsor of the Code Seven Podcast Network. INdigital, a 9-1-1 solutions company out of Fort Wayne, IN has supported the flagship show of the network, Within the Trenches Podcast, since 2013 when they hired Ricardo Martinez II, the creator and host, and former 9-1-1 dispatcher of 13 years.
“Since the beginning we have supported Ricardo’s work in sharing the stories of 9-1-1 dispatchers and call takers,” explained INdigital President Mark Grady. Grady, a veteran of telecommunications in public safety discovered Martinez through a crowdfunding campaign when he was raising money to bring Within the Trenches to life. When asked about the move to partner up with Martinez as he departs from INdigital to run Within the Trenches Media Grady said, “It’s going to be good for 9-1-1 dispatchers from all over but really it will be good for the industry as a whole.”
“Other offers have been presented in the past and they just didn’t seem like the right fit but when this came up, it immediately felt right,” said Martinez. “INdigital has been in my corner since the beginning,” Martinez continued, “and I’m excited to take a step in a new direction with them as a network sponsor.” During the live announcement INdigital was also named as the first Diamond Sponsor for the Dare to be Great virtual conference taking place in the Fall of 2020. This past spring, Dare to be Great featured 18 speakers over three days with a total of just under seven thousand attendees worldwide.
