The 2021 North Carolina Public-Safety Communications Virtual Conference is next week on May 3-5, 2021. The conference crew has worked hard to put together an amazing conference for YOU, the attendees and professionals of public safety. For us here at Within the Trenches Media, we are proud and honored to power NCPSCC. With that said we wanted to cover some event housekeeping to ensure that you have a great experience through Crowdcast.

Conference housekeeping -

A few things to remember is that Google Chrome is your friend. This is the preferred browser. NO MICROSOFT EDGE OR IE. If you are at work and this is not working it might be because you have a Firewall that is blocking your access. If you encounter any audio/video issues, simply refresh your browser and that should take care of it.

Finally, you can wait in different rooms or visit different rooms by clicking the schedule in the upper left corner. A menu will drop down and you may scroll through the sessions and pick one to replay or join LIVE. If you happen to leave the platform and come back, a reminder, that it will take you to the first session. Click on the schedule once again and find the session you want to join.

If you stay with us the entire day without leaving Crowdcast you don't have to worry about switching sessions as we will be bringing everyone to the next session.
